The proposal is part of a 12-point plan Heiner’s campaign released Monday to increase jobs and speed up economic development in Metro Louisville.
From speaking to business leaders, Heiner said, a major complaint against Louisville was that other city governments were more accommodating and faster in permitting and regulating new businesses.
“One thing I hope to bring is a new culture of customer service in to regulatory agencies,” said Heiner, Metro councilman for the 19th district. “It’s really a culture of helpfulness that’s missing here in Louisville.”
